CANCELLATION POLICY
When is an order cancellation request accepted?
Customers are always allowed to cancel orders within 24 hours after placing successful orders.
For orders over 24 hours, we only accept order cancellation when the order has not been shipped.
To cancel an order, please send a request via email: support@vedeus.com and provide complete information including: order number, order email, cancel the entire order or cancel a part of the order.
Refunds for canceled orders:
After receiving the request to cancel the order, we will review within 2 business days. If your request is approved, you will receive a refund corresponding to the value of the order to be canceled within 3 business days.
