Return Policy

We accept returns for defective items, or customer remorse!

  1. Return method:

We encourage return by mail to assist customers in different regions for convenient return.

  • Send us an email to the mailbox: with the title “Request for Return/Refund” and send us the order number + photo of the item that shows the problem.
  • We will provide a return label and our address. Customer need to download and print.
  • Packaging your return items

  1. Return items conditions:

Returned items must be in new, unused condition

  1. Timeframe that accepts returns:

The return policy is valid within 30 days of delivery. If you want to return it, you must submit a request within 30 days. After this period, your items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

  1. Who is responsible for shipping returns?

For any defective items or damaged items in transit, we provide prepaid label for return shipping.

For customer remorse, customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost of return package.

  1. Restocking Fee

Customers do not pay this fee.

  1. Notice when we receive the return package?

The time it takes for us to receive returned products will vary depending on the address of the person who sent them. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been returned.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high value returns.
